What You Actually Do
- Treat this as real information requiring an actual plan adjustment, not something to just try harder on show day
- Consider reordering the line-up, simplifying the look, or reassigning the change to reduce the time pressure
- Communicate the adjustment clearly to every affected team before the actual show
- Recognize that this is exactly the kind of problem rehearsal exists to catch in advance
