Field Scenario
The PR team reports that seating and house opening will run about fifteen minutes behind the original plan.
What You Actually Do
- Communicate this delay to the backstage teams so beauty and dressing schedules can adjust accordingly
- Avoid rushing backstage preparation unnecessarily now that there’s slightly more time
- Confirm the revised house-open time with the production/technical team for cue timing
- Recognize that front-of-house delays directly affect the backstage schedule, even though seating itself isn’t the coordinator’s direct responsibility
