Field Scenario
A model scheduled for three looks becomes unavailable the day before a show due to illness.
What You Actually Do
- Work with the designer and producer to reassign the affected looks to other models quickly
- Communicate the line-up change clearly to dressers, hair/makeup, and backstage callers
- Update the posted backstage line-up documentation to reflect the change
- Confirm the reassigned looks actually fit the new models before show day, not assuming they will
