Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Fashion Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, influencer partnerships, events, and paid advertising. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, understands consumer behavior, and has a proven ability to build successful marketing strategies for fashion, apparel, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
You will work closely with design, merchandising, e-commerce, creative, and sales teams to promote collections, product launches, and seasonal campaigns while strengthening the brand’s presence across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and seasonal fashion marketing strategies.
- Plan and manage product launch campaigns for new collections.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, search, email, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, stylists, and creative teams to produce engaging marketing content.
- Manage influencer partnerships, brand ambassadors, and affiliate marketing programs.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies using analytics and customer insights.
- Coordinate fashion events, runway shows, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with e-commerce teams to increase online traffic and conversions.
- Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Build brand awareness while maintaining a consistent visual identity.
- Prepare performance reports for leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, and email marketing.
- Experience using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of fashion, apparel, luxury retail, or lifestyle marketing experience.
- Experience launching fashion collections or luxury brand campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, influencer marketing, and e-commerce marketing.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and agency relationships.
- Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
